At just twenty three years of age, Paul has already achieved excellent performances and results, including producing horses onto the Equine Pathway and up to 3* level.
Despite being a talented show jumper – jumping successfully up to Grand Prix level and also representing England – Paul moved to Eventing five years ago. And has since been bitten by the Eventing bug.
Paul is originally from Darlington in North Yorkshire and first sat on a horse at the tender age of two on a family holiday. He was immediately hooked and had to be taken back to the trekking centre every day of the holiday!
Paul’s mother runs a riding school and Paul also spent some of the best days of his life out hunting with his father who also team chased.
Paul says: "I am very lucky to have great owners that support me and my partner; Hannah Bate and we look forward to the future with great optimism."
